glispa is a rapidly growing full-service online marketing company. We help companies in over 100 markets attain their marketing goals by utilizing a consultative, performance-driven approach with services within Affiliate Marketing, Search, Media Planning and Creative Development.

In order to cater to the fast-paced growth, we are looking for ambitious talents looking to start a successful career in online marketing. You will join our global team and undergo a 6-month paid Internship focused on international sales in one of our advertiser or publisher teams.

Role & Responsibilites:

• Prospecting & Sales Support
• Account Management &  Portfolio Analysis
• Competitor Analysis & Benchmarking
• Scouting & Communication
• On-the-job Training with clear mentorship
• Participation in select in-house workshops and guest lecturers from industry specialists

Requirements:

• Recently graduated with a Bachelor´s or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited university with high grades.
• Enthusiastic positive attitude, yet disciplined and detailed-oriented.
• Passion for online marketing, social media marketing and performance marketing
• Fluency in English, German (not mandatory but preferred) and preferably another European language.

What we offer:

• 6-month Internship with a dedicated mentor and individual training & potential to secure an entry level position which will be determined by job availability and performance
• Undergo our basic training curriculum covering all online marketing disciplines with special focus on performance marketing which is the core of our business.
• Participate in select workshops and guest lecturers from industry leaders and experts
