In order to cater to the fast-paced growth, we are looking for a driven International Sales Executive to join our Publisher Development Team.
Role & Responsibilities

Prospect & acquire new affiliates/publishers and build lasting relationships and continuously exceeding expectations.

Develop, implement and optimize effective sales strategies for new publishers and online media sources.

Match the right advertiser campaigns to the traffic sources/countries of your acquired affiliates/publishers

Participate in sales pitches and selected online marketing conferences/events.

Draft, negotiate and execute formal proposals and contracts for existing and new affiliates/publishers.
Requirements

2-5 years of online marketing/media experience, preferably from an ad network, affiliate network or an advertiser.

Track record of significantly growing publisher/affiliate revenues over an extended period of time

Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited university with high marks

Fluency in English, German is advantageous, and preferably one more European language

Exceptional personal drive to achieve success and deliver bottom-line results
