Senior Web Designer

glispa is a rapidly growing full-service online marketing company. We help companies in over 100 markets attain their marketing goals by utilizing a consultative, performance-driven approach with services within Affiliate Marketing, Search, Media Planning and Creative Development.

In order to cater to the fast-paced growth, we are looking for a creative Senior Web Designer.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and develop corporate online creative projects including website updates, email newsletters, system interfaces, media kits, etc.
• Manage and develop client online creative projects including banners, landing pages, microsites, etc.
• Ensure quality control throughout project lifecycle and hit deadlines on multiple projects
• Implement, troubleshoot and optimize creatives across different publishers/sites.
• Participate in client meetings and sales pitches.
   

Requirements

• 2+ years of web design experience, Online Advertising background a plus
• Strong graphic design skills with a focus on web-based design
• Strong portfolio
• Mastery of core design & animation programs, including Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator (CS 5)
• Solid experience in HTML/CSS - ActionScript/Javascript/PHP a plus
• An inquisitive mind that enjoys staying current with creative trends and new technologies.
• Good communication skills with a willingness to share ideas and contribute to a collaborative effort.
• High degree of initiative with ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Grasp of ad production as it relates to web design (takeovers, overlays, banner ads, etc.)
• Fluency in English language, German a plus
• Exceptional personal drive to achieve success and deliver bottom-line results
• Enthusiastic positive attitude, yet disciplined and detailed-oriented
